As the AvtoVzglyad portal learned, the Motorinvest company in the Lipetsk region has begun test assembly and road trials of the electric minivan Evolute i-Van for the Russian market. Several pre-production copies of the new product were spotted at the factory.
The electric minivan i-Van will soon be part of the Evolute brand’s range. The 5135 mm long electric car with a wheelbase of exactly three meters is exclusively offered in a seven-seater version. The rear-wheel drive car is equipped with a 122 hp electric motor. Of. and a lithium iron phosphate battery with a capacity of 67.5 kWh. The minivan will travel 400 km on a single charge, the manufacturer claims.
The full charging time is 15 hours; in fast charging mode, the battery can be charged from 30 to 80% in approximately 37 minutes. The electric van is equipped with separate seats in the second row and a three-seater sofa in the rear. The i-Van is also equipped with a 10-inch multimedia system screen and a 3.5-inch on-board computer screen on the instrument panel.
Prices for the car have not yet been announced, but Motorinvest is mainly counting on commercial buyers and government agencies. The exact start date of sales has also not been announced.
