In addition, we are sure that there are many such cases – only one of them became known to the AvtoVzglyad portal after the car owner, outraged by the lawlessness of the police, turned to the editors.
It seems to us that, hoping for an opportunity, the local traffic police officer deliberately signed the decree to help the treasury in money, and the regional department – “sticks”. Or the soldier simply did not study the materials of the pseudo-violation and “automatically” approved the fine imposed by the camera.
Be that as it may, guilt-free, the guilty driver rushed to appeal the decision, but he did not. Again – intentionally or accidentally – but the service of the infamous portal of public services flatly refused to give the driver such a chance. But after the publication of the material by the AvtoVzglyad portal about a flagrant violation by the traffic police officer of the law entrusted to him, the car owner received a phone call. No, they didn’t threaten. But also apologize. But they promised to cancel the illegally handed out fine.
A day later, the road police kept their promise. And if the driver hadn’t asked for help from the media, the happy ending wouldn’t have happened. In addition, many motorists link bank cards to the automatic debit of money for traffic violations – in case they do not waste time checking the presence of fines and are not too late to pay them off at a discount.
Our advice to you: study not only the date and place of the recorded violation, but also the photographic evidence. Unless, of course, you plan to transfer your hard-earned money to the traffic police’s charity fund.
