The undisputed leader in the number of accidents involving such SIM cards is Moscow: 54% of incidents occurred in the capital. The Moscow region is responsible for 12% of accidents, the remaining events occurred in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Barnaul, Izhevsk, Kazan, Kemerovo, Perm, Yaroslavl and other Russian cities. The largest number of accidents was recorded in July and August: 15% and 17% of road accidents occurred in these months respectively.
