The Chinese X7, a crossover of the BAIC brand, has entered the Russian market, which is presented in our only Comfort configuration. The car is offered at a price of 3,100,000 rubles.
According to the BAIC press service, the dimensions of the car are 4710 x 1892 x 1715 mm, the wheelbase is 2800 mm. As usual, the model is equipped with a petrol turbo engine with a power of 180 hp. Of. and a “robot” with 7 gears. It is noted that the crossover is built on a modular BMFA platform with MacPherson struts up front and a multi-link at the rear. The drive is unfortunately only front-wheel drive and the ground clearance is 200 mm.
The interior of the BAIC X7 has three screens: an instrument cluster, a multimedia system display and a touchscreen for climate control. For all this, dealers ask 3,100,000 rubles.
Such BAIC models as the X55 and X35 crossovers, the U5 Plus sedan and the BJ40 SUV are already presented in Russia. It is expected that next year the product line will be supplemented with the BJ60 frame.
