Hongqi has announced the start of official sales of the brand’s flagship minivan, the HQ9 model. In Russia, the business shuttle is available in three trim levels: Comfort, Deluxe and Executive, and prices start from 7,890,000 rubles.
According to Hongqi’s press office, sales of the seven-seater minivan have already started at official dealers of the Chinese brand. The HQ9 has been produced since 2022 and is already known to the Russians – previously it was imported by numerous “gray” car dealers as part of parallel imports.
The dimensions of the car are 5222 x 2005 x 1935 mm, the wheelbase is 3200 mm. Under the hood is a ‘mild’ hybrid consisting of a 2.0-liter turbo engine with a 48-volt starter generator with a total power of 245 hp. Of. and an 8-speed automatic transmission. Drive is front-wheel drive.
