According to the Quto portal, a few “private owners” asked at least 3,770,000 rubles for a crossover imported from China, and now, judging by the offers on a popular website aggregator of free classifieds, the Hyundai Mufasa can be found in the basic version for sale at a dealer from 3,278,000.
The model was developed for the “heavenly” market – it is produced there. The car is built on the same platform as the current Tucson, but for fundamental reasons it does not have all-wheel drive – there is no demand for it among the Chinese. Dimensions are 4475 x 1850 x 1665 mm, wheelbase is 2680 mm. So the crossover is noticeably more spacious for the rear passengers than the once most popular Creta in Russia.
The Mufasa has a leatherette interior, a panoramic roof and even adaptive cruise control, but the power source is conservative: a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine with 160 hp. Of. and a 6-speed automatic transmission.
