In addition, the software of the complexes must automatically remove bad window frames caused by, for example, rain or snow. Finally, according to the new GOST, cameras should now clearly recognize inverted license plates on cars and motorcycles. All photos and videos must be kept in the internal memory of devices for a minimum of 30 days.
We don’t argue, the ideas are good. But now developers will have to seriously upgrade their software, and this costs time and money. So the cost of cameras with new “options” will increase significantly.
So the capital and regions that make government contracts with private cameramen will have to pull out. This means that the costs are back on the shoulders of ordinary taxpayers.
