It was introduced in connection with the start of a Russian special operation on the territory of Ukraine.
Recall that the M4 Don highway was reconstructed and is still being modernized at the expense of the federal budget, that is, with the money of Russian taxpayers. At the same time, Avtodor – Toll Roads LLC collects money from these taxpayers for travel on the road constructed at its own expense.
