There will be six lanes, the maximum design speed is 120 km/h. The amount of investment in the project will be about 9 billion budget rubles. And according to the plan, it should be implemented in 2023-2025.

Unable to find an investor for six years, the authorities had to abandon the idea of ​​building an understudy under a concession agreement and fund the project themselves. For drivers, this means that the track will be clear. Incidentally, this is not the only case in recent times when investors refused to build roads. For example, the state-owned company Avtodor also faced such a problem, which cannot lure partners to the last part of the central ring road.
