Monthly sales of electric and hybrid cars in China exceed total annual car sales in Turkey

China, which has become the production center of new generation technologies, has now taken a position as a playmaker in the automotive industry. Chinese brands such as BYD and Chery, which have recently rapidly increased their sales volumes in Turkey, have become so popular that they are sold in both Europe and Turkey. In Turkey, 967 thousand 341 cars (including petrol and diesel) were sold in the whole of 2023. In other words, the monthly sales of fully electric and hybrid cars in China have reached the annual sales of gasoline, diesel, electric and hybrid cars in Turkey.
