Why LADA Largus Remains Scarce Even After the “Restart”

From the moment AVTOVAZ stopped the production of LADA Largus, the Russians managed to clear away the few remnants of these cars from car dealers. However, the car giant will soon restart the conveyor belt and several hundred scarce vans and station wagons will go to the dealer network.

Unfortunately, there just aren’t enough cars for everyone. According to the press service of the flagship of the domestic auto industry, stocks of components alone are enough to assemble 1800 Largus. So, for fans of the model, it is advisable to queue: in a few weeks the cars will appear on sale, since the welding of the first bodies has already started at the car factory.

These will all be eight-valve cars: since the auto giant is unable to organize the assembly of 16-valve engines (due to the notorious shortage of foreign components), cars will have to be equipped with less powerful units.

Meanwhile, enterprising Russians have found an affordable alternative to the scarce LADA Largus.
For example, Toyota Probox, the most favorite car of Asian dealers, is increasingly gaining popularity among equipment customers at Japanese auctions.
