The website of the Rijksdienst is going to warn car owners about bad luck with their cars

Via the website of the Rijksdienst, the car owner can now obtain information about fines for traffic violations, make an appointment with the traffic police and do many more useful things. But until recently, this source did not try to check the technical condition of citizens’ vehicles. Portal “AutoVzglyad” tells about the new “feature” of the official Internet portal.

“In the near future, we plan to launch a service through the State Services this year, when the owner of a vehicle, if his car is under a revocable campaign, will receive a corresponding notification to the State Services,” said Anton Shalaev, head van Rosstandart, during a meeting with Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

Keep in mind that automakers are recalling companies for certain models of their cars when they detect potential safety or quality issues. Rosstandart will also be notified of the revocable partnership. Unit repair and replacement on vehicles subject to the recall will be performed by the service stations of the authorized dealers of the vehicle brand and will be carried out at the expense of the automaker.

The most “fresh” story with the car recall in Russia was the company announced by Mercedes-Benz Rus. Problems were found in 38,252 Mercedes-Benz GL, ML (W164 body) and R-Class (W251 body) cars bought by Russians between 2004 and 2014. It turns out that the vacuum brake booster on the mentioned machines is subject to corrosion. Rust at the junctions of his body can disable this part of the braking system. Such a development of events threatens to cause an accident. Reportedly, on all cars under the revocable company, they will check the problematic “vacuum tank” and replace it if necessary.
