As the head of AVTOVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, told the AvtoVzglyad portal, LADA Granta, equipped with airbags, will be installed on the Togliatti conveyor before the end of August.
With the anti-lock braking system, the situation is more complicated: this year, according to Mr. Sokolov, the problem of delivery of electronic units is most likely not going to be solved.
At the same time, LADA continues to fill the 2022 model year Granta line with new versions. For example, the flagship of the Russian car industry is launching #CLUB versions for the Granta sedan and liftback, as well as the Quest version for the Granta Cross.
In addition, today it became known that the updated LADA Vesta will move from Izhevsk to the main AVTOVAZ site in Tolyatti. At the same time, the Izhevsk team will not be abandoned. The company promises to keep it and provide people with work.
