For the sake of plausibility, only the prefix is processed in this way. The rear GRZ, which has been worn down by the oncoming sand flow, will at least be perceived oddly.
Strictly speaking, a lost license plate qualifies as illegible. For driving with illegible number plates pursuant to part 1 of Article 12.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, the driver is entitled to a fine of 500 rubles. Or a warning. In the worst case, after receiving a protocol of 500 rubles from a living traffic police officer, the owner of a car with a sandblasted license plate with a light heart pays 250 rubles to the treasury (thanks to a 50 percent “discount”). And he will continue to violate the traffic rules with impunity, ignoring all the cameras of the oncoming traffic police that “shoot” in the front of the car …
