According to Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Reinsalu, exceptions are also planned. In particular, persons working in a diplomatic mission, or those whose work is related to international transport, as well as citizens visiting a close relative in Estonia and entitled to free movement within EU countries, will be able to enter the country.
Meanwhile, Russia’s FSB commented on the ban on car travelers leaving the country to visit abroad. The details were found by the AvtoVzglyad portal.
