For a long time, the secondary market has become almost the only opportunity for Russian motorists to buy a car of non-Russian and non-Chinese brands. But traditionally there are resellers here, who are not afraid to mislead buyers. Portal “AvtoVzglyad” tells about their “new developments”.

It seems that what could be simpler in the reseller algorithm? Bought a car from one person and then sold it to another for a higher price. But now only the most “retarded” or lazy representatives of this inherently parasitic profession do this. In the context of a shortage of more or less affordable cars, the highly despicable practice of overbidding is rapidly gaining popularity. Taking advantage of the increased demand, they found a way to “weld” even more to each resold car. The method is simple and bold.

Let’s say that such a popular model as the latest generation Toyota Camry fell into the clutches of a reseller. In not the poorest configuration. The first thing a venerable businessman does is sell “native” rims and put the cheapest Chinese ones on cars instead. Advantage – at least 20,000 rubles. At the same time, the catalytic converter is “knocked out” and sold, and the engine control unit is reflashed – under the Euro 2 standard. About another 100,000 rubles additional income. Next up are the headlights. They dismantle “native” LEDs, sell them and replace them with “China”. Still at least 20,000 rubles of profit. If the machine is equipped with the control of “dead zones” – great. The side mirrors with the orange “beacons” of this system are also easy to disassemble and replace with Chinese counterparts – without any “operation”. But that is not everything!

The “native” rear bumper with built-in sensors responsible for scanning “dead zones” has also been removed and changed to a cheap Chinese one – without sensors. On this “rolling” the reseller can receive about 30,000 rubles extra.

Also on the little things. They can sell a spare tire – again on the “native” disk. Even a spare key – and it manages to “push” the used spare parts market. You can’t even mention the twisting (almost without fail) of the run! And now, after such “pre-sale preparation”, the car is offered to potential buyers. Yes, some of them will pay attention to the non-working button to enable the operating system “dead zones”. And more or less at home in cars will notice different headlights and rims.

But the majority of potential people who want to buy a Toyota Camry in a state of “unbeaten, not beautiful, not of a cab, of under a retiree” won’t even guess that they are being “pushed” a stripped-down car. Not only that, they will pay more than the amount he bought the sedan from the first owner. But in fact, they will also “give” him about 200,000 rubles, which the scammer helped to “undress” the car for sale.
