In particular, the MP explained that while the car owner is in military service, he does not use the insured car. It turns out that the insurers simply received the military’s money under the OSAGO, but at the same time they are guaranteed not to incur any costs under the contract, because the car remains safe.

In fact, we are talking about the fact that the current OSAGO policy is proposed to be “frozen” for the duration of the motorist’s stay in the military. It is proposed to extend the action of the insurance from the moment the citizen returns to civilian life.
