The AvtoVzglyad portal conducted a survey of readers on the topic “is a modern car owner ready to buy used parts for his cars against dismantling in today’s reality?” The answers, I must admit, turned out to be rather curious.
Of the 3,600 people who took part in the vote, nearly 1,200 respondents (31%) said they “have bought and will continue to buy” garage spare parts. The same number – 31% – confirmed that they are willing to buy used components at flea markets “thanks” to the protracted crisis, which led to shortages and a general increase in prices.
However, 20% of the respondents indicated that they were willing to buy only body panels and plastic parts for the interior of the car. And only 18% were categorically against purchasing “used” spare parts from car dismantling companies.
