It is planned to start collecting the tariff for the “diameter” of transit cars from January 2, 2023. So the future executor of the state warrant has only two weeks left to equip the MSD with equipment designed to read data from the transponders of passing cars.

Recall that the owners of vehicles not registered in Moscow and the Moscow region will have to pay 950 rubles for travel on MSD after the New Year. The fact of the ride is recorded by cameras, as in the Central Ring. The fee must be paid either after the trip, via the operator’s website, or while driving on the motorway using a transponder.
