Without fines from cameras: is it possible to get into the database of “white” license plates
Is it possible to break traffic rules and at the same time not get caught by the ubiquitous traffic police cameras? On the Internet they say yes – they say there is a “special base” where the license plates of very successful and wealthy people are brought. But does such a list really exist and how much truth is there in this popular story? The problem has been solved by the AvtoVzglyad portal.

In Russia, there are about 18,000 traffic police cameras, the lion’s share of which – almost 4,000 complexes – are located in Moscow. Thus, almost every driver runs the risk of becoming “fattened”, once just yawning. Exceeding the speed limit, along the road, breaking the markings and the stop line, entering the intersection, not wearing a seat belt and even a mobile phone – for all this the camera is already cheating. But after all, there are people on the road who do not pay attention to the “eye of the state” at all and do what they want. Doesn’t everyone get fined?

The question is popular, regularly debated, and generates an incredible amount of rumor. One is a certain basis of “white numbers”. Reportedly, you can get in for a lot of money and never get fined by the cameras. Let’s face it, in Russia there are registration marks that are really “thrown out” from all images at the level of the “web” – a giant database, artificial intelligence, on the basis of which work is being built with photo and video recording complexes by the whole country. But to whom are such privileges available?

There are quite a few “special” license plates, as experts say, but it is impossible to add your license plate to this “white list”: only the Ministry of Interior vehicles, which are assigned to specific individuals, get there . By the way, for fans of the legend “AMR-MMM-OOO-AAA” – these are the most ordinary, inconspicuous numbers with a random set of letters and numbers. No combination automatically gives you the right to drive on the bus lane. And you can get a car with “additional capabilities” only for certain services to the state, but not for money, the level of making such a decision is too high.

Where does the “white list” story come from? Like so many other “bribery adventures” shows, it hails from the south, where handsome boys used family ties and petty bribes to evade paying trespasses in the early days of digitized roads. The principle of operation was as follows: before the advent of the “Web” – the federal network – there were regional ones, that is, each subject had its own police station, which processed fines from cameras. With a certain skill and desire, in this department they found those who wanted to “warm their pockets”: photos of a specific number were manually removed from the system and sent to the marriage.

But that’s how it was at the turn of the century – they called it quits hard. Today this is physically impossible: as soon as the operator disapproves three violations of the same vehicle in a row, the internal security “lights red” and automatically starts a check. Thus, the “white list” story is nothing more than another Internet legend, which is based on ignorance of the principles of operation of photo and video recording complexes. The only option to stop being a “sponsor” is to not violate. No other is given.
