The new version of the interface is expected to be released alongside the Galaxy S23 series in February.

During the technology fair, the South Korean giant organized an exhibition called Experience in the salon (IKH), at the stand of which visitors could get acquainted with new technologies for vehicles. The main novelty presented was “Ready Care‘, which uses a system of cameras and sensors to control the state of mind of the driver.

These sensors, which are used in products such as galactic clock, are able to identify cognitive distraction, visual distraction, and pilot drowsiness. Based on these data, it was Samsung can change some parameters of the car to improve user driving safety.

An example used by a manufacturer is if the user is driving, but not focusing on the road, but thinking about another task, such as an important presentation at work. When the system detects this lack of attention, it change the interior of the car to bring the driver’s attention back to driving through visual warnings and changes in lighting and radio volume.

Another cool feature is route creation with less stress. Thus, when Ready care determine that the user has a high level of stress, the car will suggest routes with less problems and traffic.

Ready Tune improves sound quality in cars

Along with the new security features, Samsung also introduced Ready melodynew car audio technology from Harman. This novelty improves the sound quality in cars and will allow users to customize the immersive and differentiated sound according to their preferences.

According to the South Korean, the system will have several pre-configured modes, namely: “Live mode, which reproduces the acoustics of live performances in stadiums; Conversation Mode, which enhances conversational content such as podcasts, audiobooks, and phone conversations with customizable filters; and club mode, which delivers crisp bass that surpasses traditional speakers.”
