As their own sources in the Moskvich dealer network told the AvtoVzglyad portal, the cars currently do not have the ERA-GLONASS emergency call system and not even an instruction manual.

It is striking that the SOS key itself is installed in the brand new Moskvich, but the terminal is simply not connected. In other words, it is not yet possible to reach emergency services via ERA-GLONASS. Let’s say more: at the moment, future owners of cars of the revived brand are not even allowed to have a manual.

True, according to dealer representatives, these gaps will soon be filled. And soon the owners of “Moskvich” will additionally have to visit the technical center to obtain operating instructions, as well as the activation of the ERA-GLONASS unit.

It is worth recalling that the notorious SOS button does not work for a number of cars presented in Russia – from budget Renault Kaptur to premium Cadillac Escalade.

By the way, a few weeks ago, Moskvich dealers began organizing test drives for customers so that consumers could judge the novelty of the market through personal experience. Previously, no such service was provided by sellers.
