But in Tuapse – this is the Krasnodar Territory for a moment – two kamikaze drones, still of Soviet production, almost destroyed the tank farm. Only the boiler room was damaged, but it was still unpleasant.
The most interesting was found near the gas distribution station near the village of Gubastovo, in the Kolomna district. There, this morning, another Khokhlyat attack drone, already identified as a UJ-22 Airborne model, got stuck in the trees and fell. As you can see, the damage from the massive attack of the Ukrodrons turned out to be minimal. But the very fact that the plane, which can carry up to 20 kg of explosives, reached the Moscow region unhindered, leads to all sorts of bad thoughts.
First of all, that it is pointless to “roll a barrel” about air defense and the military in this situation. The UJ-22 Airborne Rumbler is a very small target with a range of up to 800 km. Which obviously moved at the lowest possible height and “licked” the folds of the terrain. It is extremely unlikely to detect it in such circumstances.
Yes, and setting up an air defense system in every possible way to approach such gadgets for any object of the fuel or industrial infrastructure is an unrealistic thing. This means that small ukrodrons loaded with explosives can fly to almost any target at a distance of at least 600-700 km from the line of contact.
That is, under the threat of an explosion of 20 kilograms of flying dirty tricks, for example, the Lipetsk production of Chinese “electric trains” can be “Evolut”. Or the Kaluga car cluster. Although oil depots and gas stations in the threatened area can become a much more likely target. 20 kg of explosives for a normal car assembly plant ends up with only a big hole in the roof of the workshop. But they can burn thousands of tons of gasoline at once in the oil depot. Loud and clear. Or leave an entire region without gas when they hit the gas distribution node.
