In China, they realized that the sanctions pressure on them will only increase, and no peaceful reports and economic indicators can withstand the policy at the moment. That’s why you have to do business without regard to the rules – there are no rules anymore. However, the PRC has never really believed in the “world laws”, which regularly engage in industrial espionage, reverse engineering and many other useful, it must be said, for the economy, but condemned by the world community.
Something similar is happening now: the difficulties of translating from English into Chinese lead to the realization that sanctions and the refusal of deliveries are the release of a trusted place to be taken immediately until the “sanctioner” changes his mind.
