Over the past year, Russian motorists have become more demanding or have maintained high demand for the quality of gasoline and diesel.
This trend was recorded by 90% of the participants of the online conference on technologies for the conservation of motor fuel, held on March 16 by experts from Gazpromneft-Regional Sales, the company’s press service reported. The event was attended by more than 140 representatives of private gas station chains from 16 regions of Russia. During the online conference, it was noted that in response to growing consumer demand, independent petrol stations could become participants in the Gazpromneft motor fuel quality control system. This opens up access to high-tech solutions that help ensure the safety of the parameters of petroleum products along the entire logistical path from the refinery to the filling station. At the same time, all types of motor fuel are checked monthly at each filling station by a specialized laboratory service. And to ensure that service station customers have confidence in the fuel they are filling up, service stations can be given a special distinguishing mark – the “Quality Assurance” seal.
“As part of this program, extremely expensive technologies become available for private service stations, and the consumer of even small fuel networks receives a reliable and proven product,” says Victor Chuyakov, an expert on technologies for controlling the quality and quantity of petroleum products. .
“Since 2018, the Quality Mark program includes five of our gas stations in Kostroma. Motorists note quality marks and the work of mobile laboratories at our stations, which increases their loyalty and confidence in the reliability of the purchased fuel,” says Elena Stroganova, director of the KTK service station network.
