Xiaomi is preparing to launch a series of new products soon. Company president Lu Weibing recently confirmed that the highly anticipated MIX Fold 3 will launch in August 2023. However, it seems that this device may not be released only next month.

Xiaomi is gearing up for several launches in August

According to a new report, the company plans to launch other new products next month. Other devices in question include the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max and the Redmi K60 Ultra. The Chinese tech giant is apparently planning to launch a new Xiaomi Pad 6 Max. This upcoming tablet was recently spotted on the Bluetooth SIG listing, hinting that it will launch soon. Previously, the Pad 6 Max was also included in the 3C certification database.

Similarly, the Redmi K60 Ultra is expected to be released in August. A new report states that the MIX Fold 3 and Pad 6 Max will be launched at separate events in China, and the smartphone model will be unveiled in early August before the MIX Fold 3. In addition, the software for MIX Fold 3 and Pad 6 Max is already running on the official MIUI server.

The codename of the MIX Fold 3 is Babylon (MIUI FOLD 14.1, based on Android 13 out of the box). On the other hand, the Pad 6 Max will be codenamed Yudy, which will again be based on Android 13. The launch schedule is also in line with our previous report, which hinted at the Q3 2023 launch.
