But a researcher believes he may finally find out what’s behind the disappearances in the Bermuda Triangle.

It rose above sea level 30 million years ago. Now everything is blurry and we only have the top of the volcano. We have several core samples containing magnetite. It is the most magnetic natural material in the world.
– said the expert.

In the program, Hutchings conducted an experiment using some rock samples and a compass. When the stone was placed on a flat surface and they started moving the device over it, the arrow went crazy. This is explained by the fact that the rock contains magnetite.

“But it is possible to imagine ancient sailors passing through the Bermuda Islands. That would be very confusing,” added the expert.

It should be added that the exact number of aircraft and ships lost in the Bermuda Triangle is currently unknown. Experts estimate that around 50 ships and 20 aircraft were lost here. The reason for their disappearance is also unknown, because most of the time not even fragments of objects remain.
