There was talk of another possible blocking of YouTube in Russia this week, as Channel 24 reported, citing Russian propaganda sources.

Ihor Ashanov, a member of the Russian dictator’s council for the promotion of civil society and human rights (laughs, yes), said YouTube could already be blocked this fall.
