We wrote about the beginning of this story earlier this month. Later, a fourth set of human bones, one of which was locked in a barrel, was found at the bottom of the largest reservoir in the United States, which was rapidly dehydrated by prolonged drought.

In fact, this is the fifth set of human remains found in the lake since May. They were brought to the surface around 8:00 pm on Monday, 15 August. There are currently no details on this.

  • This is very interesting information, given that the first bones were locked in a barrel and there was no such information on the second, so it’s not clear what exactly prompted researchers to think about the link between these cases.
