There are only a few days left to register for the hackathon, one of the traditional events organized annually by the METU Young Entrepreneurs Community.
This unique gathering, which creates new ideas, applications and platforms for solving the world’s environmental problems, progress in space and human development, is greeted with great interest every year.
In this 11th global event, teams of 3-6 people are expected to solve and present their chosen problem to the jury within 48 hours. The winning teams will compete in the global finals, and the winners will be invited to NASA’s rocket launch ceremony.
In the event that will take place on October 1-2 at Ankara Metropolitan Municipality TechBridge North Star, the teams will; Moderated by Aselsan, TUA and Tübitak Space engineers, they will attempt to present the best solution to the related issues to the jury by using NASA’s open source real data.
Participation is free, but there is no age limit for registration. Hundreds of participants from university, high school and even primary education can take their place in the competition.
