According to a new report from Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, iOS 17 will display more information on the iPhone’s lock screen. the idea is turn your lock screen into a smart display, improving the user experience. So far, the information has not been officially confirmed, but Apple will introduce iOS 17 during WWDC 2023, June 5th.
