Rolls-Royce unveils a luxury roadster worth over $20 million

British luxury car manufacturer Rolls-Royce Motor Cars introduced the La Rose Noire Droptail roadster.

The car is powered by a 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine producing a total of 593 horsepower and 620 Nm of torque.

While Rolls-Royce hasn’t released any performance figures for the luxury roadster, it’s likely to be similar to the V12-powered Dawn model, which accelerates from zero to 100 km/h in less than 5 seconds. The maximum speed shall not exceed 250 km/h.

The two-seater is said to be 5.3m long and 2.0m wide, which is smaller than the electric Specter.

According to experts, a copy of La Rose Noire Droptail will cost more than $ 20 million.

“Drop Tail also answers the age-old question: Can a car be created as art? With the presentation of this extraordinary roadster, the answer is absolutely yes,” said Torsten Müller-Otwesch, CEO of Rolls-Royce.

As reported by Ukrinform, British brand Rolls-Royce introduced the company’s first electric car, the Specter electric two-door coupe.
