Ukrainian company Kvertus has developed the AD Kraken Counter FPV electronic warfare system operating in various frequency ranges. The AD Kraken Counter FPV device operates in four relevant frequency bands and has antennas with two power options, making it difficult to bypass UAV protection.
Kvertus company said that they received a request from the Ukrainian army for the 900 MHz frequency range due to the frequency change of the Russian invaders’ drones. The company follows the situation from the front and develops funds suitable for current conditions.
The new Kvertus AD Kraken Counter FPV overrides non-standard FPV frequencies:
- 420-460 MHz, two antennas of 30 or 50 W each.
- 700-850 MHz, two antennas of 30 or 50 W each.
- 850-940 MHz, two antennas of 30 or 50 W each.
- 940-1050 MHz, two antennas of 30 or 50 W each.
30 or 50 W each means there are two options for the device: the more powerful one is called Kvertus AD Kraken Counter FPV M50. The company also announced a new vehicle that will appear soon and operate on other frequencies.
The Kvertus representative said that practical tests confirmed the possibility of turning on all frequencies simultaneously. Kvertus AD Kraken Counter FPV has been tested and sent to mass production. Source
