On February 26, Mykhailo Fedorov asked Ilona Maska to open the Starlink service in Ukraine, and the billionaire replied the next day. Since then, more than 10,000 Starlink terminals have been delivered to the country.
All residents of Ukraine will be able to use Starlink satellite Internet. The permit will only be valid in time of war. The use of the system will be paid. Mounting kit is $550, monthly fee is $110. Source
