Meanwhile, the Chinese are conquering the Russian new car market, the authorities are thinking about how to get their hands on the used spare parts segment. Ilya Smirnov, director of the Central Bank’s insurance market department, suggested tightening control not only on quality, but also on the turnover of “used” parts.
