The management of the former Volkswagen car factory in Kaluga extended the shutdown until November 30. And in order to maintain the production skills of employees, it was decided to hold a job fair, to which representatives of KamAZ, GAZ, Haval and Avilon were invited. Most likely, the best staff will be able to find a new job.
The trade union organization ASM Volkswagen Group Rus LLC announces the upcoming event on its page on the VKontakte social network.
Because the downtime has been extended by three months, employees are given the opportunity to find a new job. A special salary program has already been developed together with GAZ and Haval. At the same time, VHI and accident insurance will continue to exist.
It is also interesting that employees seeking to fill vacancies at Russian car factories will see their employment contract with AGR suspended for the duration of this program (until December 2023). That is, if they wish, they can return to the Kaluga plant.
In addition to car manufacturers, about 15 local employers will be present at the fair. In general, a real struggle will unfold for well-trained and qualified employees.
