There is a good chance that the initiative will come to real implementation and will be accepted, since the unnecessary appearance of traffic police doctors “in front of the clear eyes” is no longer so relevant: electronic services, government services, for example, the Russians have geographically much more firmly with connected than outpatient clinics used to be.
