Modern gas stations, gas stations and other delights of branded gas stations do not solve the main problem – the human factor. The driver “accidentally” made a mistake with the fuel and the employee in the parking lot filled more – and the swearing begins. But “impersonal” complexes haven’t really taken root among us – everyone wants someone else to put the gun in the tank. And so the Chinese came up with an ingenious and highly technological solution to all these problems. What, says the portal “AvtoVzglyad”.
In the Celestial Empire, a new era of technology began long ago, so it is not only Russia that is destined to “catch up” with fate, but also the rest of the “white world”. Techno-leadership concerns not only smartphones and TVs, cars and machine tools, but also everyday life, in which the Chinese already have many more inanimate assistants: robots. Many processes have been mechanized and the dirty work has been transferred to much more sustainable ‘hands’.
A good example is a gas station. The example is just as relevant for owners of traditional modes of transport as for owners of electric trains: both are forced to visit a gas station with some regularity. For the latter, by the way, this is even more difficult: not every representative of the fair sex can combine her car with an electric speaker! The wire weighs quite a bit, and integrating it into the gate requires some effort. Either a polite passerby, or… a robot will come to your rescue!
For example, a refueling robot has already officially been ‘put into service’ in China – an electromechatronic ‘arm’ capable of opening a gas tank, selecting the desired ‘gun’ and refueling with the fuel specified by the vehicle owner. In the video distributed over the Internet, you can see that the “machine” very carefully opens the gas tank with a special nozzle with a rubber tip, and then carefully unscrews the cap – with our gas station attendants you can only dream of such politeness – after which he selects the desired tank nozzle and just as carefully inserts it into the tank. The fuel started flowing, the numbers on the display started running. Your hands are clean, the tank is full and all questions about what was said can only be asked to yourself. Well, it’s perfect!
All that remains is to think about the relevance of rather expensive equipment for gas stations. From the point of view of direct calculation (debit/credit), the gas station attendant is much more attractive: he receives a small salary and his main income consists of tips. The robot never pays for itself, but you also have to pay for maintenance.
On the other hand, a robot complex can attract technocratic customers and is protected from quarrels and disputes that end up in court. In short, we do not believe in mass order, but we can see it in a private – piecemeal – execution. And soon the path of new products to the Russian Federation from China turned out to be much shorter than from Europe.
