AVTOVAZ’s production plan for next year is expected to increase by almost a quarter. Auto giant Tolyatti plans to quickly increase production volumes to at least 500,000 LADA
As Denis Manturov, head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and simultaneous chairman of the board of directors of AVTOVAZ, said in an interview with RIA Novosti, the factory’s production plan will be increased by almost a quarter:
“AVTOVAZ is currently confirming its intention to produce at least 500,000 LADA next year,” the official said.
Let’s not forget that last year AVTOVAZ planned to produce 400,000 cars, but after the US sanctions the car manufacturer announced an adjustment due to the failure of logistics chains – within 10%.
