According to the data, in 2023 car thieves were most interested in ‘Koreans’ and ‘Japanese’ – Hyundai and Kia, Toyota and Lexus. Renault and Skoda close the top five preferences of car thieves with equal indicators. Among the most popular models among criminals are Kia Optima/K5 and Hyundai Santa Fe, each accounting for 10% of thefts. In third place is Toyota Camry (5%).
