As Rossiyskaya Gazeta reports, the start of production of the “soft” multi-layer panel is scheduled for March this year. Such cars will receive a domestic ESC traction control system produced by NPP Itelma.

Finally, the head of AVTOVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, also announced the arrival of a new brand for the concern. For now, it is only known that licensed cars in the C/D segment will be produced under the new brand and that assembly will take place at a plant in St. Petersburg.
