It recently became known that the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation is now developing a project to allow owners of “environmentally friendly” cars to travel for free on high-speed roads.
Meanwhile, the traffic police are urging Russians to try out the new version of the Auto State Services application, which will have a “rights” download function from October 1. That is, it will be possible to show a driver’s license to traffic cops on the screen of a smartphone – just like it works now with STS.
