However, their version, called LADA Granta Prima, differed not only in appearance, but also had a higher carrying capacity – up to 900 kg.

Now LADA Granta Kub has been brought to the attention of the public. Eight-valve VAZ engine with 116 hp. met., body volume – 4 cubic meters. The “usable” length is 2300 mm, the width is 1400, the height is 1450 and the wheelbase is 3050 mm. At the same time, the cargo capacity of the van is 650 kg. Leaf spring rear suspension, pump-operated air bellows from the passenger compartment are provided.

Another curious aspect of the LADA Granta Kub is a pair of welded squares hidden in a fairing on the cab roof. This is a safety measure: in the event of an accident, the “cockpit” must not fold up softly. But there are no “airbags” in the car – what AVTOVAZ shared with Promtech, they work with them.

How much will they charge for this “cubic miracle”? Estimated price – about 1.7 million rubles. The planned circulation is more than 1000 pieces per year. True, it is still difficult to say when exactly the van will go on sale, because Nizhny Novgorod has not yet received OTTS for the car.
