Lamborghini bids farewell to the Aventador again

After 15 Lamborghini Aventador supercars from the last series of Ultimae went to feed the fish together with the Felicity Ace, the Italians had to re-release already ordered and paid cars. Otherwise, the company would be inundated with lawsuits. And now the last “Aventador” goes to its owner.

At the end of September, the Italians showed the last example of the Aventador. It was a roadster with Ad Personam trim. But then he was still on the conveyor belt. Now Lamborghini marketers have put a full-fledged photo gallery online of a car ready to ship.

The design of the farewell roadster is reminiscent of the legendary 1968 prototype that never went into production. Recall that it was an open version of the Lamborghini Miura P400, built in the Bertone studio and first shown to the public in 1968 at the Brussels Motor Show.

It is also interesting that after 15 supercars are sent to their owners, the company will not have models with a classic V12. The successor to the Aventador gets a completely new 12-cylinder engine with an electric motor and a traction battery. It seems that the legends are dying.
