Why car parts and consumables will fall sharply in price in half a year
The next construction site of the century – fortunately, not the only one in modern Russia – was solemnly completed: the first train crossed the bridge over the Amur, opening the gates to increase trade between our country and China. But what do we do with this, you ask? And the fact that the commissioning of a new transport artery will affect the prices and assortment of domestic car shops. How exactly, says the portal “AvtoVzglyad”.

The grand opening of the long-suffering and long-awaited bridge over the Amur, connecting Russia and China with a railway line, took place on November 17. The idea to build it arose in 2007, the first agreement was signed in 2008, but the bickering, lawsuits and bureaucracy inherent in any domestic construction project delayed the deadlines. Right until one day our Immeasurable didn’t have to turn extremely fast to Asia. Like a hut: to the forest – or rather, the reserve – backwards.

At that time, many problems were quickly solved, and most of them turned out to be completely insignificant. After 15 years of hard work and 15 minutes of one person’s attention, the construction of the century was completed: Nizhneleninskoye Village, Leninsky District, EAO, was directly connected to Tongjiang City, Heilongjiang Province. The Xianyanchuan-Hayuidao railway is connected to Tangsib. Two kilometers two hundred meters of technique and iron, which is extremely difficult to overestimate.

Trade with China has always been an important element of the Russian economy, both macro and micro. If minerals and raw materials are the state level, then all kinds of consumer goods and nice little things are very human, earthy. Cargoes came to us most often by sea, in containers, but the “Kingdom of Denmark” has been restless since 2021: officially because of the very “covid”, but in reality because of the complicated relations between China and the United States, the famous container crisis arose, which effectively brought all logistics in the world to a standstill. Why is there logistics, production all over the planet has stopped!

The current year has only added fuel to the fire: from now on, all “decent people” are trying to put a spoke in the wheels of any transport company that intends to bring at least something more expensive than air to Russia. Restriction on insurance of ships, non-admission of ships to ports, etc. The sea is becoming aggressive towards the “tricolor” – a calmer, but cheap means of transport is needed. For all the time of its existence, mankind has come up with only one similar – the railway.

Delivering goods by rail is cheap, relatively fast and communication routes work stably and without delay. And now we finally have one from the Middle Kingdom: two tracks, designed for 7 trains of 70 cars each per day. In addition, the track, although one, is universal: both for the Russian wheelset and for the Chinese one.

Domestic entrepreneurs won’t let you lie: a container from China tripled in price in 2021 and became extremely slow. The package lasts almost three months! As a result, the “merchants” had the only way to increase income – to raise the price. It just did not work to increase volume, earn more: the container lasts for a long time, working capital is frozen, it makes no sense to invest in advertising to increase demand – there are not enough goods in warehouses.

Now the situation is fundamentally changing: the first train passed the new bridge over the Amur, logistics chains will begin to build right through the track. As mentioned earlier, this is profitable, and Russia has not yet forgotten how to build railcars. For example, logistics, which sometimes accounts for half the price of a product, will fall sharply in price and the volume and variety of products will increase.

The future of “higher” spheres, such as cars, is too early to predict, but various consumer goods – the same consumables and spare parts – will certainly become more accessible. We don’t have to wait long – the market will react no later than spring.
