The new Nissan X-Trail never officially reached our country: the model was certified, but the Ukrainian crisis broke out and the Japanese finally said goodbye to the domestic market. Nevertheless, thanks to parallel imports, the Russians can still get a fourth-generation crossover.
Oddly enough, gray import dealers offer the Nissan X-Trail from America, where it’s called the Rogue. The history of the overseas model developed somewhat differently from “ours” (for example, in the United States, the current generation is considered the third and debuted in 2020). But the fact remains: the brand new X-Trail – both with and without mileage – can be ordered.
Three offers from car dealers from different regions of Russia and the CIS appeared on one of the largest advertising sites at once. All crossovers are equipped with a 181 hp 2.5-liter engine and a continuously variable transmission. Two cars released in 2020 are all-wheel drive, one – the one that rolled off the assembly line in 2021 – is front-wheel drive.
The most affordable option is Nissan Rogue with a mileage of 20,000 km: they ask 2,800,000 rubles for it. A little more expensive will be an almost new crossover, on the odometer of which there is only 500 km – 2,950,000 rubles. What’s the catch? Perhaps in the painted bonnet and front bumper, as stated in the advertisement. But for a car with the highest possible performance – with a bunch of options and a low mileage of 7200 km – the seller asks 3,450,000.
