Russia learned to make new cars in almost 15 minutes
Previously, it took a factory to make a car. It had to have designers, technologists, engineers, workers, a workshop with sub-assembly of components, welding lines, a paint shop and a main conveyor. All together allowed to produce cars. Now a fountain pen is enough for their release.

The director draws and assigns any car he likes as his model. This is how several Russian car assembly sites have already “revived”. The same will happen with the Russian Nissan plant in the transformation to AVTOVAZ. Several Chinese companies will be selected, whose products will be called Ladami.

But this is also a difficult path that requires negotiation. Although in the end everything comes down to just one signature, since no one is going to work, create, produce cars. Judging by the price difference between Chinese originals and their domestic counterparts, the benefit is small. Which is strange in the case of non-resistance of the parties and mutual worship. Usually, with full agreement, the profit is much higher.

However, the demonstration of such financial restraint speaks of a desire not so much to earn as to show off, go down in history and, if possible, saturate the market. This gives hope for the expansion of the model range and the revival of all brands. To do this, it is enough to designate any car you like as Zhiguli, Moskvich or Volga. But even this is not the most decisive scenario, requiring negotiations and a not very fast path to signing. There is a more tempting option.

Go shopping, buy back old cars and stick the logos you want on them as you see fit. Let the layman brighten his face, admire his soul, let his eyes shine when trucks, buses, forklifts, excavators, not to mention SUVs and sedans are called Zhiguli.

About the fact that very soon the first Chinese SUVs and sedans to come across will be appointed Zhiguli, said the director of the agency Maxim Sokolov, honored in the role of general director of AvtoVAZ. What if you add buses or dump trucks from a nearby location with confiscated, illiquid assets or unsold equipment from a bankrupt dealer? The Parallel Import Act allows this. Here, and not far from being appointed a member of the Heroes of Socialist Labor.

In our country, the automotive history is not very extensive and the names will end soon, so the revival of all deceased brands will only be a sensation in the short term. There are still more Chinese than pages in the biography of the Russian auto industry. Therefore, the breadth of the model range is inevitable. Russo-Balt dump trucks, Puzyrev buses, Lessner tractors, Yakovlev timber trucks, Lebedev concrete mixers, Frese cranes…

The Chinese are happy to make any number of logos, without being interested in their further use and without worrying that some obscure AMO will be pasted on the eminent Liebao. But from now on, making a new car doesn’t take a decade, but fifteen minutes.
