True, the automotive industry of the Celestial Empire is increasingly coming to us with its expensive products, a priori unable to reveal the full potential of this market.

It’s possible that a Chinese bottle opener called Hongqi will help. The company’s lineup currently consists of three sedans and three crossovers. All cars belong to the premium segment. And, apparently, almost all of them will appear with us.

At least, in addition to the certification of the H9 luxury sedan, the brand received OTTS for the Hongqi HS5 monocoque crossover. The dimensions of the vehicle are 4760x1907x1700 mm. For Russia, it will receive a 2-liter turbo engine (224 hp at 340 Nm of torque) in combination with a 6-speed Aisin robot. Both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions will be available for purchase. Plus – a luxurious interior characteristic of the brand. And the AvtoVzglyad portal suspects that we should expect certification of the older brother HS5 – HS7 in the near future.
