An interesting study was conducted by our colleagues from Avto.ru in cooperation with the Yandex.Vzglyad service, who found out that the most coveted car for Russian drivers is a Japanese crossover, and at an average price. 32% of respondents voted for “Japanese”, and 26% prefer a German foreign car. Slightly less – 23% – Korean.
Our compatriots called the SUV the most popular body type. 49% of survey participants voted for an acceptable SUV or crossover. Almost half – 27% – dream of a sedan. It is striking that 11% would buy a hatchback, 7% a station wagon and only 2% a roadster or convertible.
It is interesting that 30% of respondents are ready to give two to five million rubles for their favorite car. It turns out that not everything is so bad with income in our country. The budget segment is preferred by 25% of respondents and the premium segment by 21%. By the way, luxury fans are not averse to buying a dream car, they paid more than 5,000,000 rubles for it.
