Now this new technology is called Micro LED CX, as it is more advanced, with smaller chips, and can reproduce much more colors, brightness, and contrast. In the video, for example, I show a 50″ 4K TV with all that quality, in addition to a 120W sound system with Dolby Atmos. There are over 8 million pixels on the screen (each one is a chip – I’ll explain more in the video).
To talk more about the new TVs, I spoke with Guilherme Campos, TV Product Manager at Samsung. It confirms that MicroLEDs are coming to the Brazilian market (over 100 inches), since Brazil is a country that follows the global market trends.
New Micro LED and OLED options
The Samsung Micro LED and OLED lines unveiled at CES 2023 have new display sizes. Due to the nature of the technology, the brand offers Micro LED models ranging in size from 50 to 140 inches, and in 2023 they will be available in seven different sizes (50, 63, 76, 89, 101, 114 and 140). inches). Micro LED models are modular and therefore have no limits on shape, proportions or dimensions, the company emphasizes. In addition, they come virtually frameless, regardless of configuration.
The 2023 OLED line includes the 55, 65 and the brand’s new large 77-inch model. The displays come with Neural Quantum processors to get the most out of OLED technology. For gamers, the expanded lineup continues to support 120Hz/144Hz refresh rates and is AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certified for the first time.
